That's when you not only break the chains of the ego, you also disarm the power your shadow has over your day-to-day life.⁠

Shadow work is the reminder that you need to be willing to feel the pain so you can break free from the suffering.⁠

1. Step away from the computer (situation, thought pattern) and pattern disrupt by going outside, being present in nature and taking 3 deep breaths - bonus points for going barefoot - super mega bonus points for going naked!⁠

2. Ask yourself "Who would I be without this thought / belief?" bc often we are forcing because we believe what we want isn't possible. ⁠

3. Play! Seriously, give yourself some goddam permission to JUST FUCKING PLAY without having to CREATE something that will make you money... Or build something for your business... Or do something that will save the world from global domination by sinister forces... ⁠

✨Slowing down is a mother fucking super power that we all can cultivate ✨ ⁠

When we slow down we unplug from the matrix and remember who we are.⁠

I was deep in a somatic healing meditation when this message came through...⁠

You're not broken⁠

I saw the shattered pieces of the ego me, the old me, the me who needed to protect her soft, tender heart laying around my heart space... Golden chucks of the wall that has protected me from feeling too much... ⁠

AGAIN...⁠

And like that they were blown into space and became stars⁠

We are all things⁠
⁠
and no matter what, no matter how broken you may feel..⁠

No matter how alone you may feel at times with your unique life, challenges, traumas and desires⁠
